Our client is a Angolan company, which is responsible for the construction of large public projects in the areas of Energy and Environment. To integrate the team responsible for building a Big Hydro Project, is recruiting:
 
Commercial Engineer (m/f )
 
– Act as focal point for all contractual and commercial aspects of the organizations local projects, including pre & post stages, contract administration, commercial management and advice and support.
 
Job Requirements:
 
– Degree qualified in Civil Engineering;
– Background in Mechanical Engineering;
– Ability and 10 years experience minimum within construction contracts, claims cost and contract negotiation;
– Experience of claims and disputes;
– High ability of drafting and analysis within contract and claim report and able to provide countermeasures;
– Experience on large hydro power projects. Have acquaintance with Portugal Civil Engineering standards;
– Experience of working on an International basis is highly preferable;
– Language skills – Fluent in English and Portuguese;
– Experience of working within multicultural teams is essential.
