Our client is a leading multinational group, with activities in several sectors. They are looking for a PMO Coordinator.



PMO Coordinator (M/F)



Angola



The Coordinator, PMO will be responsible for administrative functions of the team including document management, generating reports and metrics and ensuring quality and accuracy of information.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



– Assist in coordinating project activities including project status, schedules, analysis and tracking;



– Updates the reports;



– Update the integrated project plan as work in progress;



– Need to be able to assess risks, create agendas, deliverables, and provide project updates;



– Need to be able to help manage a portfolio of projects;



– Perform other job related duties as required.



 



Qualifications/Skills Required



– Minimum of 2 yrs. in PMO;



– Minimum 2 years’ experience with project methodology and management;



– Exceptional organizational, personal and communication skills required;



– Minimum of 2 yrs. with experience in MS Projects, MS Word, MS PowerPoint;



– High level of proficiency in XLS including pivot tables;



– Bachelor’s degree required;



– Languages : Portuguese and English;



– Willingness to relocate on single basis to Angola.
