Our Client is an important Brand in is Business Industry and he is present in several Countries in Africa and Europe.
It is searching for:
TECHNICAL TRAINER (m/f)
It will report directly to the Human Resources Manager of the factory in Luanda/ Angola
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and update training manuals and materials.
- Present theoretical training and facilitate practical training sessions.
- Conduct assessments on candidates on line.
- Identify, analyse, plan and implement training needs.
- Training evaluation and administration.
- Operational and technical support with close working co-operation with the Company, Line and workshops to keep abreast with technology.
- Close interface with trainees and regular consultation with stakeholders.
Ideal requirements for the position:
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese
- Technical qualification, preferably in a mechanical environment.
- 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability in Problem Solving and Quality Analysis.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Assertiveness and a strong sense of urgency.
- Customer service orientated.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
